I've heard rumors that some people are getting together and forming a police force. I'd like to speak with whoever's involved and offer what help I can.

[Riza has been back for a few days, and on the surface, things have returned to normal. She's quiet, and he is scouring the network, soaking in what information he can.
The surface lies.
Though Riza was returned to him, more or less safe and sound, Roy is haunted by his helplessness. He did nothing, could do nothing to help her, even with Faye and Hawke's support.
He had hidden the Philosopher's Stone in the back of his drawer, content to do his best while blind. He had been given that stone on the condition that he help the Ishvalans. It didn't feel right to use it here, where he could not keep that promise.
But if he had used it, he could have saved her. He could have prevented her from getting kidnapped in the first place.
He had taken the stone out in a moment of weakness, and now it lived in his pocket. He fingered it occasionally, nervously. Always tempted but never quite able to cross that line.
Right now he's sitting in the living room, absent-mindedly petting Black Hayate while checking the network.]
