Gwah, took a linear algebra midterm. I'll reiterate, I think linear algebra is easy, although I think I only got a B or B_ on the midterm. One thing I've never been so good with is the definition of mathematical terms, especially terms that put into disuse in the class. I think I lost a lot of points involving terms. A system can be determined to be linearly independent if it has a pivot in each column, right? Um, no, it's row.
OH WAIT, it is columns. I just looked it up in my text book. Mental note: don't listen to people who contradict you. That puts me at a B+ on this little test, if I estimate correctly. Ok, I still should've gone to the review session so I knew all the little details, but still, I did fairly well for a course in which I have not listened to the lectures, for the most part, and exerted the bare minimum of effort into my problem sets/suggested questions.
And I just finished my cs homework. I really need to retreat to nice, non-distracting quite places to do my homework, since people tend to hang out and play video games in my room. Didn't really get started until around 1ish, I think. And I haven't finished my reading for history, but oh well. Sleep now. I need to get on a not-insane sleep schedule.
