Roommate needed ASAP. $200 Move in!
I am a single 25 year old female looking for a respectful, tidy roommate to move in to the empty bedroom I will have available starting in mid-December. I have cats, I work 9:30 to 6:30 during the week, I don't smoke cigarettes but don't mind those who do, but you would have to smoke outside.
The second floor apartment we will share is 1121 sq ft, 2 BR/1.5 bath with in-unit washer and dryer. Your bedroom is 12'x13', and the main bathroom in the hallway would be yours, and sharing with me for use of the shower. the stove and oven are gas-powered, and yes I have a dishwasher :)
Your usual share of the rent would be approx $400 a month, which includes Rent, Water, Sewage, Trash, Gas, Electric, and Internet (no TV aside from some basic channels in the living room), plus a free gym membership. $200 by Dec 1st, move in mid-December, lease would be for 12 months, with an option of a 15 month lease.
