we spoke of many things
i just made a complete ass of myself in front of kurt elling.
i got to get paid to watch his rehearsal for the show at the bowl tonight. it was the most amazing thing ever. then i went to see if i could talk to him, but this girl wouldn't leave me alone, and then the next thing i know he is right next to me. so i stammer something along the lines of "can i say hi? i just wanted to say hi. i LOVE your music." i'm pretty sure i said that at least 5 times. he was really nice about it, supporting me like a toddler trying to take its first steps. i was stuttering and stammering, he was like "do you sing?" and my first thought was to answer "not as well as you" but i realized that would be idiotic so i just kept on stuttering and stammering. he shook my hand twice and told me he would look out for me if i became famous. because obviously if i became a famous singer i would just go by "rebecca."
