Work politics and sexual harrassment

Some developer guys at work asked me to go to lunch with them last week. There were five of us but we were all going into one car. In the parking lot on the way to the car I said, "I can sit in the middle in the back" and a guy said, "you can sit on my lap" in a flirtatious voice. My only reply was a shocked, "Wow.." and then someone mentioned HR to which the guy said, "Oh well, we aren't at work right now, we're in the parking lot."

Then at the restaurant he tried to trip me going in and then when we drove back to work he got into the back seat and leaned into me on the turns.

A couple days after that I got a message on my xbox360 Live account that said, "Will you have my babies?"

I was originally just wanting to play Tetris and Mario Kart with this guy and maybe some Gears of War. Now I'm wondering what I should do or if my career is in jeopardy. The guy is the son of my boss and ontop of that he's got major years of seniority while I have less than one year at my workplace.

I don't know what I should be doing really, but I am not offended so much as worried that someone else who heard what he said will start spreading rumors about me, calling me a slut or something, OR that he's got a crush on me that will turn into bitter hate if he gets rejected. In a personal setting I don't mind playful flirting but when in a professional environment there's a whole new set of rules.

I don't care what anyone says, I am not going to HR. I am not putting my career on the line when it won't solve anything. If anything I will find another company before going to HR.

What do you guys think?
