an interesting shopping trip
i know i normally post at the end of the week and i'm going a bit post mad doing two in one day but ah well.
saturday was an interetsing day. i went over to leicester to meet up with Sam and do a spot of clothes shopping. New Look was the fist stop and the one that was most leathal to our purses (well lil Sams anyway) after decalaring she could afford to spend any more money on clothes, sam managed to buy three new tops (alhtough i thnk some may be going back) and to be afir one of them just had to be bought - it was gorgeous. she also managed to pick out a very flattering top for me - which was full price and i culdn't really afford to buy it (and really could justify it as a work top and use the money mum gave me) but... i fgured i would treat myself.
we had aquick look in H&M and didn't see anyhting and Doerothy Perkins was frustrating for me as their petite trousers were too small and thier normal collection in short didn't fit properyl either - alhtough sam once again prevailed with a new t- shjirt lol - it was alovelt shade of red thought - really suited her. jst as we were taipsing over to Debenhams i relaised i left my new top in one of the other two shops so opff we went to try and find it. as i was waiting in the Queue to ask if it had been haded in at H&M i spotted £10 under a rack of clothes that someone must have dropped - after about 10 seconds of considertaion i figured no - one would come back for it - if it had been someones purse i would have handed it in butas it was just a tenner on its own i went with the motto of 'finders keepers' - i hope no-one thinks i'm a horrible person for keeping it but at the end of the day its done now. o that meant that my top i could afford to buy had been paid for by the found £10 - and as it turned out the top had been handed in at H&M.
so after trakkign aorund juat about evey store in leicester and finding o work clothes - i sudeenly relaised i should have gone to M&S sseings as thats where my suits are from anyway. so about 10 mnutes later i had two brand spanking new paris of trouser (one brown pair - which i have since relaised i have no shoes to wear with them - and a greay pinstriped pair). by this time all the shop were starting to close so i headed off to get my bus and sam waited with me - whilst we basked in the sun waitng for the bus there were some dodgy kids skulking around - to which Sam said " are they getting on yor bus?" and i replied that i hoped not - about 1o secnds later they were stopped and searched by plain clothes policeman which added some excitement for the day,
hmm have jst rwad back over that lot - thanks if you actaully read it all - it seemed more interesting at the time - maybe you had to be there.
