Haydn opera is really not my thing - I dislike Haydn almost as much as I dislike Schumann, which is a great deal - but it's also not the point.
She's doing what she wants to do, what she's spent half her life training to do. Not waiting tables, not flipping burgers, and not answering phones. That counts for a lot.
