Two of my favorite things - “Scandal” and the Affordable Care Act - with a Jennifer Hudson cherry on top!

Of course, the real scandal is how many Republicans still believe that the ACA is unconstitutional, as though the Supreme Court doesn't exist.

Or as though maybe they've never actually, you know, read the Constitution. Especially that inconvenient part about how Congress gets to make laws and stuff, you know? (The whole “Necessary and Proper” stuff that applied to the parts of the ACA that the Supreme Court let stand under the “enumerated powers” clause back in June of 2012.)
