Since Bad Mommy™ isn't on television regularly anymore, I have been casting about for a new medium-altitude-culture role model to dish on weekly.
And lo, she has presented herself.

I am going to be Wilhelmina Slater when (if) I grow up. Talk about a Diva that strikes fear into the hearts of giants.
I mean, I'd have had a bit of difficulty pulling off Laura Bennett for Halloween, but honey, I could have worked Wilhelmina to filth. Too bad she wasn't on television when I was still young and brazen. (Oh, yeah, and thin.)
The level of elegant refinement and glamour is the same, but there's something about Bad Mommy that still says Metairie (not that there's anything wrong with Louisiana in the least), where with Wilhelmina the vibe is not just Park Avenue, it transcends elitism altogether, it's hyper-aristocratic bitch. Dripping-with-entitlement bitch.
And on top of all that she has fresh orchids or lilies every freakin' day.
I love that.
