happy easter
I spent Easter Sunday...
at a terrific church service with a group that i am coming to know and love more and more
with two late 50s to early 60s single women eating an awesome lunch made by us and talking about life
on the road driving to louisville alone
on the road driving back from louisville with two returned roomies
i know it sounds strange to say but the details of my life, no matter how mundane, are so interesting to me and i am really enjoying being alive.
thank you jesus, for letting me become alive.
thank you for entering the world as a man.
thank you for becoming sin and breaking the curse.
thank you for defeating death, reclaiming power, rising from the dead and ruling...
thank you for the authority and power you've given us, though most of the time it frightens me.
thank you for being patient and gentle, and dreadfully holy and true.
thank you for love, between God and mankind and mankind and mankind, and may it increase in abundance and endurance and purity.
