I finally got a clear scan of my map, which makes me think this self-printed book might work out okay. I'm waiting on the illustrationsbefore converting everything to .pdf, but I'm still struggling with the cover.
I want to keep costs down. The finished thing (you'll get a tasseled bookmark with your purchase, too) will probably run about $15, plus S & H. But think, it'll be illustrated and signed.
