The party's over...
... for the moment anyway.
Yes I've just returned from the airport and a sad farewell to my sweetie. It's been a wonderful two weeks, I didn't doubt it would be. But it always comes down to the sad goodbye which seems to get harder each time. But of course it all goes with the territory until the day we make things permanent. That day will come and though it might seem far away at the moment, it'll be here before we know it. You have to be determined to make this stuff work, and we've been making it work for nigh on four years now and still going strong. Stronger in fact. So we'll keep on with the alternate visits and find as much happiness as possible, going places, being together and having a great time. I won't go in to the details of the past two weeks just yet, I'm sure a lot of folks have been following tvor's journal so you'll have a fair idea of what's been on the agenda. But I will be posting my own account fairly soon. Yes I am aware I haven't been posting as often as I used to but I intend to change that and start updating more often again. But for now all that's left to do is take the hire car back to the rental depot when it opens at 8am, and in an uncharacteristic public display of emotion, Diane, when you get back to Canada and read lj just remember...
