brief update
There's some new work from summer and fall semesters on my website. I think I'm at a point where I'm ready to start looking for freelance work, so if you know anyone who needs a designer, feel free to steer them my way.

I'm currently dividing my life between roller derby and grad school. I live the life of a design student in Boston every Tuesday through Friday, then I hop on a bus to Portland to spend weekends with komcaast and MRD.
Unfortunately, since I've got a 10am Tuesday morning class, going to Monday night practice means catching the 7:30am bus the next morning. It's rough, but worth it. All last summer and fall I hardly saw MRD at all, and there was a big rollerskate shaped hole in my life the whole time. Now I'm trying to step up to the plate in an Assistant Head Referee capacity, so the double life will have to continue. At least until fall, when a Monday night class will steal me away again.
I ride a lot of buses these days.
