P90 week 2

The workouts are definitely easier now, in fact i'm doing extra reps on some of them. I've also added an extra section on my weight training days. The P90 is divided into different levels. You increase them on schedule (usually a month). I looked ahead to the next level and found an extra set of exercises on it, they looked easy enough so I complete my normal workout and then add that last set.
I'm definitely noticing results now, larger more defined muscles. I've tightened my belt up a little. I'm getting through the exercises much easier, in fact i'm wanting more after each workout. Even looking at my face in the mirror I can tell i'm making progress.
I've changed my diet to. no soda, just water. I don't eat fried or fatty food. My appetite has fallen but when I eat I eat high protein low carb. I don't buy much unhealthy food anymore, I even snack on fruit and vegetables when i'm home.
If these results continue I won't recognize myself in two months. I've always been overweight, never athletic. I'm curious to know what I'll look like.
