(no subject)
so it's been a while, eh?
i've been keeping a much more personal paper journal and find this livejournal to be well, a medium to update life.
I'm having dinner with Faelan tonight so I've got to keep this breif. I am happy. I've been lucky, very lucky in the past month to have someone new enter my life that makes me so friggin happy that I can't remember when it was last that I felt like this! Chris, cpt to most, is so much of what I was desiring in a mate. Full of wonder and knowledge, deep into music, into deep music(+). A punk rock hippy sort of a guy. And he likes me...alot. WTF. Funny how when I was saying "I'm gunna be alone, I'm gunna make this shit happen by myself" that *poof* this lovely creature was literally, pushed into my face, a sign I had no choice but to deal with accordingly, as I saw fit. He rocks my argyle socks.
Amos is comming into town this weekend, as is Dirty. I might have to go pick him up in Buffalo... It'll be so nice to see Amos after months. I hope he's still cleaned up and off the shit that was really keeping him down.
School is going well. I'm in a Cultural Anthropology class on Mondays. My teacher is really quite boring and monotone but, the info is good. I have been given an assignment to do, I must research that which I do not know much about and I think I'm going to study up on my religious friends. Noot any crazy christian types, the earthly ones. I hope they'll let me pick their brains a bit!
I've been cooking alot, drinking WAY less, and cleaning up this apartment in anticipation of my new roommate, Ramen. He'll be splitting the rent with me starting March 1. That's all for now. I'm happy.
