Liver
My oldest cat just discovered that he loves raw pork liver. He slurped it down and then gave me a look that clearly said "Where has this been all my life?" Even a lot of dedicated raw feeders have trouble getting their cats to eat liver, or so I've read. I wonder if this is going to be like beef heart, which he refuses to eat cooked.
This is the same cat who recently developed a taste for pineapple juice. I should just give up on predicting what he'll eat. Both the liver and pineapple juice were introduced the same way: *beg, beg, beg* "You won't like this, stupid cat. See?" *slurp*
ETA: My cats have been on a mix of home-cooked and raw for two years now.
