so apparently i am passed the one year warranty, but not passed the 18 month mark that would allow me to upgrade to a new phone. so i would have to pay full price for a brand new phone or sign an additional 2 year contract.

how the fuck does switching a phone work? can i get a phone someplace else and just bring it to them and be like I WANT THIS TO BE MY PHONE NOW?
