You're welcome~ Ah, fairly well.

And you? Have you tested out the watch I gave you yet?

Uh..no.

Is there an instruction manual, or a magic word, or something?

Ah, my apologies! I completely forgot to tell you how to use it.

When attempting to world hop, you must either hold the pocket watch or have it on your person. Then, concentrate on the place you want to go. You must be specific, so focusing on the reason of why you are going to this place (to meet someone, for example) helps narrow down the possibility of accidentally ending up the wrong place.

That said, you may not end up in the right place the first few times; just keep trying until you get it right.

I am sure it goes without saying, but do not lose that watch.

Yeah, I'll be sure not to loose it...

Practice makes perfect, then! I should try with what I'm familiar with, first, before doing anything big.

Good man.

Yes, indeed! You could even attempt to hop from one room in a building to the one beside it, or from upstairs to downstairs.

Alchemists can't even do that. Eddie will be really surprised once I get the hang of this~

Just do not abuse it, Maes.

Of course, Apollo. I'm supposed to be 'dead' remember? Can't very well have me popping up all over the place.

...ah, yes. That would be a sound preventative measure.

If I showed up willy nilly, it would jeopardize everything Roy's been trying to accomplish, and the last thing I want is to jeopardize anyone.

Especially Roy, hm? He is important to you, is he not?

Everyone close to my heart is important to me~

Why did you pick Roy over my family, if I may ask?~

Because you mentioned your having survived death as a detriment to his goals.

As for your family, I cannot... quite understand why you remaining undercover would be too beneficial to them, outside of the military benefits they are certainly receiving.

Yes. If I suddenly show up, Roy could be blamed for my 'return.' Meaning, the higher ups will think he used human transmutation.

Gracia and Elysia receive benefits of a Brigadier General's surviving family. I knew before my unfortunate accident that my home was being watched. Knowing her, she will help Roy in whatever capacity is available to her, and if there's a chance of me being caught...I can't risk that.
