I recently discovered the Fringepedia, so I looked up all the names Walter's called Astrid so far. Here's what it says:
Walter Bishop finds (or pretends to find) it nearly impossible to remember Farnsworth's first name. Some of his failures are (the relevant episode titles are in parentheses):
Asterisk - in conversation (The Cure) Astro - in conversation (In Which We Meet Mr. Jones), during an urgent request (Inner Child), during lab work (White Tulip), on an access roster (Do Shapeshifters Dream Of Electric Sheep?) Asteroid - in conversation (In Which We Meet Mr. Jones) Astringent - in the Lab Notes (The Dreamscape) Astral - in conversation (Bad Dreams) as the first part of 'astral...projection' Walter appeared to be baiting her, suggesting that he knows about his failures, or that they are intentional. Aspirin - in conversation (Midnight), rushing to leave for the market (The Box) Asterix - in conversation and quickly corrected (A New Day In The Old Town). Knowingly, or not, the legendary Asterix is a diminutive, fearless, cunning warrior, always eager for new adventures... not unlike Agent Farnsworth Astricks - during lab busy work (Of Human Action), during congratulations (Johari Window) Ostrich - being summoned to confirm the color of blood (The Bishop Revival) Esther Figglesworth - as part of the elaborate fable Walter imagines while entertaining Ella (Brown Betty) Ashram - summoned by Walter to retrieve ingredients for a strawberry milkshake (The Firefly)

I think it was Aspirin. I love it. I don't remember Asteroid but that is hilarious!

Did you see last Friday's episode where she called Walter "Wally"? The look on his face was priceless.
