For all of you who hate your manager(s), try being one sometime. I always give my crew requested nights off when they ask for them. I try to give them nights off together if they want them. Sometimes it doesn't work. Most of the time it does. But when I want two specific nights off, they throw a fit because the "extra" guy isn't on a night they want him on. Soooooorrrrrrryyyyy. I told the backup lead how to order heavier/lighter to compensate. If I don't order perfectly, it's because I (a) suck (b) want someone to have to work more than someone else (c) don't want to have to work as much myself. Take your pick.

So yeah, I just got off the phone with my boss. My nights off have been changed.
