Onwards and upwards
So I've been meaning to write this for about a week now, but we'll be moving soon! The flat that we have now, although I really like it, is just getting a little bit too small for us. The new one is in the same area, on the same road infact, less than 2 minutes walk away. What can I say, Ristonmaa is a really good area! The new one is about 10sqm bigger, but it feels even bigger due to the way it's all layed out. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are all obviously larger, and the bedroom is either the same size or a tiny bit bigger. Unlike this place though, all the rooms are seperate from each other. I went there expecting not to like it but I was really surpised by it. The walls look like they need a fresh coat of paint but the place we'll be renting it from said they'll supply us with all the paint and brushes etc for free if we do the work. It might even be fun!
The new flat is in a two story building and we'll be living upstairs so we'll need to say goodbye to our little garden. But the balcony is quite large and offers privacy from the next door neighbours, so I'll probably sit outside more in the summer than I would otherwise. And with our wireless net connection I can sit on the balcony and surf the net at the same time lol.
