Any good ideas for a composition?

I have been looking at my computer screen for 15 minutes now wondering what sounds to use for my lastest composition, (which is due in on the 21st by the way.) Although i got two smashing new microphones for christmas, there are not a lot of noises that i actually want to record with them. I think this composition may have to wait until someone makes a noise i like, or i steal sounds ive already used and hope nobody notices. Also, i dont think listening to the Vandals helps when trying to think of electro-acoustic ideas.
Well there you go you bitches, another entry, not a very good entry, but an enrty none the less. Hopefully this will spark a creative burst and ill do my work now!
