Tuesday Appreciation
I appreciate that I was able to wear 3 pieces of clothing today that haven't fit me in 2-3 years:
- denim skirt (size 18)
- 3/4 sleeve button-up blouse (size 18)
- size 18 cami
I was previously wearing size 22 pants and size 20/22 shirts and camis
I appreciate that I am satisfied with one small bite off of my husband's Klondike bar. It helps that I know lots of sugar can make me dump.
I appreciate that I was able to poo yesterday. Oh man I felt so much better after being constipated for a few days!!
I appreciate that there are message boards, LJ communities, and friends/coworkers who I can talk to about my surgery and find answers/solutions to questions and problems!
I appreciate that people share their stories, trials, and successes in this community. I can't imagine how difficult having this surgery must have been even 5 years ago and less support groups and communities online.
