I read something from Kenneth's fb profile...
It goes something like "I'm not interested in who you are, but why you are."
Anyway that's the idea, my language is like "chui" compared to his.
It's like really cool in my opinion. Must constantly remember it to be less judgemental. =D

This post is about:

Anyway, I always complain about how narrow minded my own father is without giving him a voice.
Given my dad's background, one can easily understand why.
My dad grew up in a beautiful world, Jelutong, a small village in Penang.
My grandparents were never rich, but they are people who really know how to love.
And both of my grandparents have no temper (in comparision to my parents who have frigging bad temper, especially my mum.)
My dad has friends who dated since primary school and got married in the end, now with 3 kids.
So, his world doesn't include club, alcohol, cigarettes, pre-marital sex, mixed marriage, homosexuality or any other liberal ideas.
Western influence= Wrong in my dad's simple world.

He abandoned his whole life in Penang for Singapore, a place where he thought would bring him happiness.
At least the government settles bread and butter issues. He had never once doubt about PAP's leadership.
He has almost no friends here, because almost all the guys in his workline are frequent visitors of Aljunied mrt station.

To add on, I think my dad has never hit me before.
