Mmm, well the Ianto muse in my head is always a snarky bastard who likes to get the last laugh... and likes to please other people, so the line might have been more for Tosh's benefit than for his own.
He does, doesn't he? I really didn't intend for that to happen, but Ianto seems to be a very 'open' sort of guy when it comes to Jack -- If Jack doesn't flirt with every living thing, he's not really Jack, is he?
I think as long as Jack ends up in Ianto's bed at the end of the day, he doesn't mind who else's Jack shares.
