Remember that coworker who was yelling at me last week? Yeah, she did it again this morning. What did I do? Let me tell you.
I went to my boss and told him about last week's incident, and this mornings. I asked him if there was any way to give the cleaning crew a head's up that was more than 10 minutes before the customer walks in. He told me he didn't even know about last week's visit until he walked in the door and they were already here. Then he asked me to hang in with helping to coordinate until the end of March. They are making an offer to someone to come be the manager for that section of the business, and this person would then handle all those types of calls. He also said he'd talk to the woman, because yelling at someone who is going above and beyond her normal job function is not acceptable.
I also contacted HR. I'm not even waiting for the third strike before saying out this time. I will not be spoken to like an errant child in my workplace.
Let's see what happens now.
On another note, I've been given yet another antibiotic. Upper respiratory infection, they think. I had x-rays yesterday, another neb treatment and I still don't feel up to par. At least my boss understands how it feels to live with asthma. He doesn't have it as severe as I do, but he gets it.
