So I am using SparkPeople to track my nutrition and exercise.
stupidtheai0 turned me onto it. I am amazed by what I am seeing.
I am a self-described carb junkie. Most of my favorite foods are carbs. According to the nutrition tracker, I am not eating ENOUGH carbs or proteins. Now the proteins portion does not surprise me in the least. I am not a beef eater. I'm not off my proteins intake by much. I'm off by 1-2 points. My calorie intake though is off by like 100 calories UNDER what I should be taking in. Hmmmmm.....
I'm using this week to obeserve what I take in, then I will begin to tweak it. What I like is that I will be learning to control my portions, not limiting myself to foods I don't particularly care for (which I find is a diet killer for me).
