Ribbon and Locket Bookmark
My friend Marni's birthday was in March, and I decided to make her a bookmark.
I have a store-bought ribbon bookmark that I've had for several years and love, and I've been wanting to try to make something similar for a long time. What I ended up with is somewhat different than the one I had. I used skinny ribbon braided together instead of one wide ribbon, and I don't know much about jewelery making so I didn't use metal clasps and stuff to attach the beads. I think that it turned out all right though. In the future I want to learn more about jewelery supplies so that I can make more interesting things.
