Summer Multi-fandom Recs
As always, read fic in all kinds of random fandoms over the past few months, and here are some of my favs!
Title: Stacked Dice

Summary: “I could kill you right now,” Marcone said. He always smiled a little wider when he said it, like he was joking. It used to creep me out a few centuries ago, then I just got over it. Fallen angels all tended to have their eccentricities. Particularly ones as old as Marcone.
“You could try. Or you could ask yourself, is this friendly neighbourhood angel all out of juice, or does he still have enough soulfire in his pinky finger to kick your ass?” I was bluffing-I probably couldn’t manage enough soulfire right now to gently poach a chicken. Marcone probably knew it. We’d been squabbling over this piece of the Maker's earth for a very, very long time.
Super fun Good Omens AU with Harry as an angel and Marcon as a demon. The two worlds blended wonderfully and I just loved the dynamic!

He's just as likely to bite the hand that feeds him, though.
Awesome slight AU with Harry having got away from Justin before all the bad shit really went down and essentially never becoming a PI, but still ending up in Marcone's orbit. Great characterizations here.

Lovely fic with Harry struggling with the age difference and how badly he wants Eggsy.

Really fascinating and well-done AU with Eggsy and Harry meeting in a *very* different way. Gorgeous connection and lots of feels!

Derek raises an eyebrow. That isn’t his real name. There’s no way. But now he thinks about it, he has a vague memory of someone, probably Uncle Peter, telling him that with the fae, names have power. “I’m Miguel,” he says.
“Lie.”
“Are you trying to tell me your real name is Stiles?”
Stiles runs his tongue across his teeth and considers Derek carefully. “Fair enough,” he says, “Miguel it is.”
Grabbing his groceries and pocketing the change, Derek turns to leave; he’s nearly at the door when Stiles calls out, “By the way, Miguel, if you’re interested, it’s two for one on bags of kibble at the pet store down the street.”
Derek doesn’t look back, doesn’t hesitate, just raises a hand and flips him off on the way out.
Really wonderful Au with a gorgeous build and some fabulous characterizations. The whole thing just flew by!
