Didn't do much HP reading this month, but I did find some time to read a number of excellent and mostly longer fics in a couple of other fandoms!

Holy shit, these two series were SO FLIPPING GOOD! Please do mind the warnings, as these fics depict the evolution of a really intense BDSM relationship between Chris and Zach, though I will say, the warnings maybe don't really do the fic justice and give the wrong impression and I'm happy to talk about them in more detail with anybody who's on the fence. It's not always healthy, the boys are messed up, they make mistakes, don't understand themselves or each other, but honestly it's all the more powerful for it. This was messy and real, two characters that love each other deeply and are also flawed and just doing the best they can all while really figuring out the role kink plays in their relationship. This is one of those fics that hit me right in the chest feels, that left me with a MASSIVE fic hangover, and that I'll truly be thinking about for years to come. Highly recommend!

Super fun AU with Vampire Castiel and Baker Dean getting involved while mysterious supernatural forces are moving about Lawrence. The characterizations here were great and I really enjoyed the build.

Seriously freaking hot fic with an older Castiel entering into a BDSM relationship with newly legal Dean. The kink was fantastic and the evolution of their relationship was really wonderfully done.
