The boy whacking the wall with a moldy piece of timber was different than the ones who had come before. He wasn't laughing, wasn't enjoying himself as pieces of rotten flew from both the wall and the wood in his hands. He smelled of sadness and desperation and anger, and when the piece of wood in his hands finally splintered the boy sank to his knees and cried.
I put off reading this fic for awhile because it starts with Stiles dealing with the death of his father, which is so, so sad. But then he finds Derek, who is stuck in his wolf form because of an injury and they bond. I like wolf!derek stories and I liked the progression of this one, and it's grimm, so the writing was perfection.

Despite the warnings the sex in this isn't majorly kinky, but it this fic does deal a lot with the idea of Doms and Subs, which I think fits well within the werewolf universe of alphas and betas.

This was so freaking awesome! I've always liked the Rogue/Wolverine storyline, and it really lends itself to being explored a bit more fully, and what better way to do that than with Sterek! This was a super fun fic and I love the way all the Teen Wolf characters are incorporated.

The screams of everyone else around him and the frantic beating of his heart as he tried to find his dad among the pulsing crowd of people desperate to escape, to get anywhere other than the battlefield the town of Beacon Hills had become.
I actually think this is mostly canon-compliant up through season 2, but it goes soooo off-canon afterwards, that I decided to put it with the werewolf AUs. Anyways...this was so freaking good! I have never watched Falling Skies, but you absolutely do not need to have in order to get this fic. I absolutely loved Stiles and Derek's relationship in this, the slow build and not-freaking-out. Just really lovely, and the sex was hot and sweet!

I put off reading this fic for awhile because it starts with Stiles dealing with the death of his father, which is so, so sad. But then he finds Derek, who is stuck in his wolf form because of an injury and they bond. I like wolf!derek stories and I liked the progression of this one, and it's grimm, so the writing was perfection.

The screams of everyone else around him and the frantic beating of his heart as he tried to find his dad among the pulsing crowd of people desperate to escape, to get anywhere other than the battlefield the town of Beacon Hills had become.
I actually think this is mostly canon-compliant up through season 2, but it goes soooo off-canon afterwards, that I decided to put it with the werewolf AUs. Anyways...this was so freaking good! I have never watched Falling Skies, but you absolutely do not need to have in order to get this fic. I absolutely loved Stiles and Derek's relationship in this, the slow build and not-freaking-out. Just really lovely, and the sex was hot and sweet!
