There's definitely some realistic and not always pretty themes here, but the writing is lovely, the characters are wonderful, and the connection between Steve and Tony is fabulous. Super hot smut, and a lovely, hopeful ending.

And seriously amazing characterizations of Tony and Steve. Their chemistry was amazing and the relationship evolution was hot and perfectly paced. They balance each other so well and I was especially pleased with how Tony is portrayed here, pretty much exactly how I see him. Just flawless.

I've read a ton of fanfic in several fandoms and I tend to gravitate towards D/s fic because it is one of my biggest kinks and this series probably has the best depiction of a D/s relationship I've ever read and some of the hottest sex. The author says they have at least 1 more fic planned in this verse and I so hope they get written because this is amazing.

Gorgeously characterized fic more or less in the Ultimates verse (though extensive knowledge of that 'verse isn't necessary) with Steve really struggling with his sexuality in a world that's not particularly accepting. There's definitely some realistic and not always pretty themes here, but the writing is lovely, the characters are wonderful, and the connection between Steve and Tony is fabulous. Super hot smut, and a lovely, hopeful ending.

Their interactions with one another and how they become a family was just perfect. I also love how the Tony/Pepper issue is handled, it isn't disregarded, but isn't overly angsty either. And seriously amazing characterizations of Tony and Steve. Their chemistry was amazing and the relationship evolution was hot and perfectly paced. They balance each other so well and I was especially pleased with how Tony is portrayed here, pretty much exactly how I see him. Just flawless.

I am in love with the characterizations here, especially Tony and Steve. So spot on and they fit within the D/s parameters so nicely. I've read a ton of fanfic in several fandoms and I tend to gravitate towards D/s fic because it is one of my biggest kinks and this series probably has the best depiction of a D/s relationship I've ever read and some of the hottest sex. The author says they have at least 1 more fic planned in this verse and I so hope they get written because this is amazing.
