I wanted to write you a (hopefully) wonderful bit of Jeddy goodness to celebrate the most wondrous day of your birth, but my idea for a quick and quirky bit of smut snowballed into this monster. I know this is probably a slightly weird choice of fic to gift somebody, but this idea totally took over my brain, and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing. All the love to you, shiftylinguini. You are an utter delight, and it's such a joy sharing fandoms with you! <3
This fic is inspired by the m/m romance novel Stranger on the Shore by Josh Lanyon. You definitely don't need to have read the book at all for this fic to make sense, though if you have, you probably have a good idea of what's coming. :D
