January NaNoWriMo
I've mentioned this on my journal a few times, but I think I've settled on January for my "faux" NaNoWriMo challenge! I'd love if others joined me--it's always easier to keep going when there's support!
I'm altering the original challenge somewhat, in that the goal will be to write 50,000 words total in the month of January, but the word count can be spread across multiple works. I'm going to be focusing solely on fanfic, but others are welcome to work on original fic if that's where your muse is at!
I plan on writing daily (the goal will be 1,613 words a day) and updating with daily posts on my progress. I'll likely be hanging out in a chatroom and doing many sprints, though I'm still deciding if I should create a new chatroom, or just utilize hd-writers chatzy room. Thoughts?
