Teen Wolf Big Bang 2013 Recs
I have always thought big bangs were kind of an awesome idea. You get a nice long fic, and some gorgeous art to go along with it? Yes, please! But, surprisingly, I actually haven't had a ton of luck with big bangs. Nothing to do with quality, but the fic summaries just rarely appealed to me. It's weird.
So, that being said, teenwolf_bb finished posting for their 2013 Big Bang a few weeks ago and it was freaking awesome! The fics were long and varied and the art was so fun and lovely. There were Human AU's and T.V. fusions and canon complaint and just so many different wonderful things!
This was a multi-pairing fest and though I do dabble in teen wolf rare pairs, when it comes to longer fics, it's Sterek all the way for me, so the recs below are all Stiles/Derek. Love the way the darkness around Stiles' hearts is handled in this and I can totally see Derek finally finding a gorgeous place to live and be happy. Not really any smut in this one, but a super lovely fic.

In the sequel they are cop partners dealing with their relationship and the Kate of it all. Super freaking hot and their relationship is lovely.

I love them together in fics, but sometimes it's a bit much having everybody conveniently paired up with another person in the pack.

The screams of everyone else around him and the frantic beating of his heart as he tried to find his dad among the pulsing crowd of people desperate to escape, to get anywhere other than the battlefield the town of Beacon Hills had become.
This was so freaking good! I have never watched Falling Skies, but you absolutely do not need to have in order to get this fic. I absolutely loved Stiles and Derek's relationship in this, the slow build and not-freaking-out. Just really lovely, and the sex was hot and sweet!

This fic was too funny! Stiles' commentary was hilarious and all the side character were so spot-on and amazing. And the sex was seriously hot!

I LOVED Stiles as a painter in this and I thought his character was especially well done.
