my weekend and for the special friend in perth!
i think work and boredom coincides most of the time. been working for a week. haven't hate it yet. thank god. best part of it is getting off at 5.30!
had an ultra busy weekend.
last friday was spent at work and then met up with the girls - carol and qingyun for si liang's birthday pressie shopping. spent the longest time at fossil okay just trying to figure out the shape of the watch blah blah blah. the guy was ... pretty annoying. trying too hard. cannot stand. then dinner at this horrible place at the basement (only their soft shell crab and cold ramen was a worthy mention!) and then ice cream at MAGGIE MOOOSSS! <3 qingyun said her ice cream tasted like rainbow. lol. carol and i were wondering what rainbow taste like. shared the red velvet + snicker bars with carol and it was yummy! the guy serving us found us super funny.
saturday was spent lunching with liang ge ge for his advance birthday celebration @ marche :) photos up when i get them from qingyun! i think he was very happy to get some of us celebrating for him and to get a present. then we went to maggie moos again and i had dark chocolate with bananas this time! i think it's gonna be my order for the next 10 years. super super yummy combination! si liang treated the girls to the ice cream so thank you liang ge ge! we went to Partyworld to sing K after that while the boys who dint like to sing went to watch a movie instead. saw ming shen at partyworld and went to PK with him for a while since his room was next to mine!
dinner after at spagghedies (bin's treat!) thanks love! had a fulfilling dinner! and coincidentally tho i dint realize it, it was our 32nd monthsary! :) lovee you baby!
headed over to qingyun's house afterthat to ton for the night so i can send naiyu off to aussie at 7.30am in the morning. supposed to play mahjong but was feeling really tired and achy so i went to bed. and only realize i was running a fever in the morning. almost dint make it to send naiyu off cause i wasn't feeling very good but still went ahead anyways cause he's a very good friend of mine and cause i got him presents. he cried... even though he said he wouldnt (prob only on the plane!) that poor thing. lol. i'll miss him a lot when he's gone but technically speaking, i knew him online and only met him recently and our main communication is still msn so it shouldn't make a huge difference!
dear nai nai, i know you're reading this so just wanted to tell you to look at things positively! many will want that chance to go overseas okay! :) i din't want to write all the thank yous and miss yous on the card cause i dint wanna make you cry but you did anyways! hahaha.. so thanks for everything. the good 4 years online and many more 4 years online to come. :) i think its really special, the kind of communication we have and the thing is we don't even see each other. i probably saw you more times in jan/feb 2010 than the past 4 years i know you put together but we still have so much to talk about! and you've been very patient with me and my rantings so i'm very thankful for that and i know i'm a lucky lucky person to be your friend and i am really happy to be able to know you through the stepping feet thing. just wanted to know that you are someone who has made a difference in my life. :) have fun in aussie and take more peektures okay! :) xoxoxo! -gracee
