'Are you going to smile? C'mon..'
One of the few highlights Conferences has is when the ODP soccer camps comes to town. The other is the pino festival, but that's not till the end of the month. Gary is back as always. He asked about my plans after graduation and offered a few ideas, among them that I should do something with language ('Since that's what you talk about often') and find a job where I get payed and gain some skills- with the Peace Corps or the military for example- while I figure out what I really want to do.
So, can anyone see me in the military?
I'd certainly get a lot of training as a linguist which would be great, especially if I did government work later on... I don't know. Bah. Still wouldn't mind doing grad school. There's still the interpretation field to consider.
Military. Hee. That just makes me laugh, mostly because I just can't see myself doing that.
