It's certainly refreshing to have a government that actually listens and rethinks. But whilst some of my friends are over the moon others are furious he's changed his mind, so it's certainly a subject that splits people -

One of my friends has written this ...

Cameron you cowardly shit! Twice in a week is not good enough! Ignorant fucking lefties and their ridiculous, made-up ideas about policies are now dictating to the government of Britain. It's like the 70's.

It isn't the popular opinion, It's the opinion of a few people protesting, it's a brilliant scheme which would actually be hugely beneficial to the same cause that said protesters are advocating and thirdly, people have no right to just decide they can steal money to own thousands of acres of land anyway.
