Today was a pretty good day. I woke up and made myself a nonfat iced latte. It was a pretty good breakfast! i'm glad i have an espresso machine even though it's no starbucks machine hehehe. I have three weeks from this coming thursday until i go home for the wedding. I gotta look good..... why didn't I have this kind of determination for my OWN wedding? uhg i looked disgusting in all my pictures. I'm determined not to look bad in my brothers. My goal was to lose 15 pounds by then. I'm down 4 so far with 3 weeks to go. I'm positive i can do it! Today i ate 1220 calories and did some jump roping for aboout 15 minutes, and burned 400 calories on the elliptical. I also am pumped because i drank 3 freakin litres of water! at this moment though i feel like i might puke up water. I wanted to drink another one to hit one gallon, but i think drinking another thing of water at almost 9 at night doesn't seem like the best idea hehe. oh yeah and i made a great dinner for tj today! it was my first try making chicken and biscuits and it was super good i had a bit. Anyways, back to work tomorrow after having 3 days off. sucks. i wish my job were just to be a wife. My house would be cleaner, my husband would eat better food, and i'd be healthier..maybe. anyways. Since no one really reads this, and even if they do, they don't reply, i'm going to mostly keep track of my water intake, calorie intake, and exercise regiment for myself. So feel free to skim or just skip it all together. fanks!
