Laparoscopic surgery on March 2nd, NOM!
The procedure I've wanted for more than 2 years now. Too insanely chuffed, we're finally gonna at least find out what it's not. While talking about anaesthetics with my mother, she said that she'd only got one before, when she got sterilised. LULWHUT. Apparently this is the most common form of contraception when you decide you don't want any more children. I have never heard of it in my life. I have to say, it really bloody upset me imayhavecried. I'm not negatively judging anyone who makes that decision, this is just my reaction and take on it, but my fuck, it's slightly warped in my brain. I mean, it's one thing for a man to get a vasectomy but for a woman to do something like that... it just does not compute in my head. *shudder* Just weird and scary to make such a huge decision.
I've been napping all day because I only got about 2 hours sleep last night. Ate some garlic and herb Quorn thing, nom. Just had a real craving for it this morning. Finally finished watching Peep Show; I feel judged that I don't especially like it, or appreciate how good it is. I just don't really see it. Watched last two episodes of Nathan Barley last night. This is what happens because I'm such a cock when it comes to watching stuff in order; I've hardly seen the later episodes. Last ep Dan is exceptionally nom. That t-shirt is just so right, as is the facial hair. Mmm mmm mmm.
