Day 4
Day 04 - What You Ate Today
at 730 i had toast with an over medium egg and fried bologna
at roughly 1045 i had a bag of smart food
at 215 i had 1/2 a chicken ceasar panini and sprite from shopnsave
at 4 i had a hot dog and iced tea from Irving
at 745 through now i have had iced tea and chicken cassarole with broccoli
im sure there will be more bc we are going to the country cow for karaoke tonight WOOOOT!!!
