Summer Beach Adventure - Sixth Day of Fun in the Sun
Everyone was leaving by this point.
The older sister with her group left yesterday and the younger sister is leaving today. But! Not before we got some fun in. Although, poor fiancee burnt his hand pretty badly at the bonfire.
It started out raining a bit but it wasn't a super awesome store or anything. The water looked green though. I couldn't really get a good picture of it.
I liked to get continuous shots of the water as it moved. Plus, at this point i realized that I haven't taken nearly enough photos.
Lol. Someone put a socktopus in a cup.
The first stop for the day, after we had our beach front fun, was the Graveyard of the Atlantic little bitty museum. We weren't allowed to take photos inside. I really wanted to though. I actually had taken a couple before i saw the no photography button. There was some really neat stuff though and and I can't wait to go back and look it all up.
Our second stop was the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse!
We even moved in to climb it.
Floor four.
Floor six and out the window.
Those are the light house keeper houses.
Out in that direction was.....the...something...Texas somethingorother. xp
When we got back we had supper and then Bea and I got icecream.
It is cotton candy flavored with bubblegum in the bottom.
It was actually really yummy.
The sunset was soooooo pretty.
And this is towards the sound. We never actually got up early enough to see the sunrise.
