I've just started a new semester, new subjects, new teachers, so we had pretty much an intro week this week. Tomorrow I have a day off, so that's nice, but I already got a shitload of papers and homework to do, so I won't get bored, that's for sure.

I'm kinda in the icon mood too, though I don't like some after I made them.
I'm enjoying vacations, but I should really stop with that and start study. :S Next semester will be my last one and it's so terribly scary. I'm so afraid I won't make it.

I knowwwww!!! I feel guilty! But I still can't make the layout for my graphics comm, it's driving me insane! I'm unable to deal with banners and css.
Umm, my default icon is made yesterday.
Maybe you are right... *sigh* I'm not sure what will be doing yet. Most likely we'll prepare for our finals and diploma. But in summer I will have to pass these exams (that if you'll fall, you will be passing it only next year, so I'm scared as hell) plus my German exam! Busy month lol

Aww! Can't you just find a layout that's already usable? If you need help, you'll tell me okay? I'm not amazing with CSS and I certainly can't make it, but I'm getting better at tweaking it xD

And I like it! Especially that it's not 'real' black, it has a grungy feeling that I adore.

You're just going to make it! You enjoy your holiday now, and then you're gonna learn very hard and pass everything :) And my mum always says 'do the best you can, and that's all you can do'. [well she doesn't exactly say that, cause she says it in dutch and my translation sucks xD but something like that!]

Awww thanks! *hugs* I just can't make the banner, that's most important. I think that after this I'd realize which layout passes. I want something ORIGINAL XD I love when you come to the journal and see the gorgeous header and everything's arranged well! I'm starting to respect the maker even before I see the icons. And I have to make it by myself, I think. Or it will be kinda unfair to use someone else's great art in my art journal. XD

Lol yeah, gorgeous layouts are awesome xD But good luck finding them! Gorgeous layout makers most of the time don't have to promote their stuff and you can't find them with LJ explore. What I always do when I need a layout is checking layouts of my friends and communities XD

And yeah, you should make the banner yourself, especially cause it's a graphic community and you are well capable of doing a pretty good job :D
