A night at the Egg...
...good music on a Saturday night: Marcia Ball opening for the Subdudes. The local paper gave the show a good review. I've seen them both before at Rhythm and Roots. Unfortunately, it was just too loud. The best part was when the Subdudes did a couple of tunes acoustic off stage amongst the audience. As much as I love them, I didn't mind leaving early with my friends because I couldn't really enjoy it when they got back on stage because it just sounded to loud. All too loud; but esp., vocals overpoweringly so.
