Happy New Year! 2011 in music
ooh boy i have not been around at all. just in the nick of time -- i wanted to share a bunch of great albums that came out this year. i spent a lot of time in my car this year and listened to a LOT of stuff. oddly, my favorites are okkervil river, decemberists, my morning jacket, and m83 -- none of which i'd ever listened to before. all four of them are just doing incredible things and make me bite at the air and clench my fists.
