Flashback 2005...

1) Was 2005 a good year for you? yes

2) What was your favorite moment of the year? When I moved to Champaign, and I was still hurting so much from leaving Richmond, and we arrived and I saw Rakus for the first time, and I just ran to him and he held me, and I felt like everything was alright.

3) What was your least favorite moment of the year? All the fights that we’ve had.

4) Where were you when 2005 began? In my apartment in Richmond

5) Who were you with? Rakus

6) Where will you be when 2005 ends? Right now, it’s looking like Ric’s place for a New Year’s euchre tourney (see, Michelle, “euchre,” not “euchres”)

7) Who will you be with when 2005 ends? Ric, Jake, Laura, Rakus, my little sister, maybe Katie & Steve, the usual bunch

8) Did you keep your new years resolution of 2005? More or less

9) Do you have a new years resolution for 2006? Learn to budget, be happier, lose 15 lbs. by August.

10) Did you fall in love in 2005? I fall in love every day

11) If yes, with who? Rakus

12) If yes, do they know? I would hope so!

13) Are you still in love with them? Umm…yes.

14) Do you regret it? Only sometimes

15) Did you breakup with anyone in 2005? Technically, I broke up with Richmond Mike in 2005.

16) Did you make any new friends in 2005? All my Champaign friends!

17) Who are your favorite new friends? Katie Nina & Alejandra - the bookclub ladies.

18) What was your favorite month of 2005? May

19) Did you travel outside of the US in 2005? Nope. But I will in 2006

20) How many different states did you travel to in 2005? VA, IL, WI, MN, OH, NY, PA, OR, CA, NM - 10 that I remember!

21) Did you lose anybody close to you in 2005? Other than moving away from many of the people I’m close to, no. Thank God.

22) Did you miss anybody in the past year? I missed Rakus the first half of 2005, and everyone else the second half!

23) What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2005? Does “Closer” count? I didn’t see it for the first time in ’05, but I saw it several times in ’05. Other than that, maybe “Walk the Line” (shock).

24) What was your favorite song from 2005? Ooh… There were a lot! Anna Nalick’s “Breathe (2 AM)” was one I’ve liked all year

25) What was your favorite record from 2005? I only bought one CD in ’05 - Alanis Morissette’s “Acoustic Jagged Little Pill”

26) How many concerts did you see in 2005? I think just Alanis. Except for seeing RLB twice in Richmond, but RLB shows don’t seem like concerts to me

27) Did you have a favorite concert in 2005? Haha… yes.

28) Did you drink a lot of alchohol in 2005? Of course!

29) Did you do a lot of drugs in 2005? nope

30) How many people did you sleep with in 2005? 1

31) Did you do anything you are ashamed of this year? Sorta, not really.

33) What was the worst lie someone told you in 2005? That’s a horrible question to make me think about during this time for forgiveness and not thinking about things that upset me.

34) Did you treat somebody badly in 2005? A couple times

35) Did somebody treat you badly in 2005? Off and on

36) How much money did you spend in 2005? Too much!

37) What was your proudest moment of 2005? That I’ve come to a new place, and made friends, and found a job I tolerate, and have done it by myself, and have proven to myself that I can do these things.

38) What was your most embarrassing moment of 2005? I don’t embarrass easily, and I usually let it go, so I don’t remember.

39) If you could go back in time to any moment of 2005 and change something, what would it be? I would have gotten a different apartment!

40) What are your plans for 2006? Find a new place to live, find a new job, go on my Mexican cruise (April ’06), visit Richmond, and just generally enjoy myself!
