I just want to see if it has a positive effect on my body/metabolism/energy levels/etc. Theoretically it should, as long as I keep up my amino acid intake, but my body is strange so I'm eager to try it out. So far it's working out!
Good! I was afraid you were going this route for the wrong reason, like trying to lose weight. Glad to hear that you researched this and know what you're getting yourself into :P
