To those Gai works with/trains with/etc:
Gai's in one of those cocoon [pause] things with the sand. He's safe here in the house, but he'll be unavailable until further notice.
[The writing isn't quite as fluid as usual, like the attempt at flippancy is forced and/or like he isn't whether to burden Guards (or not, lol, Lin might like him gone) and take the time off, or burden Gai's friends and ask a favor of them.]
Lin, if I'll be in as sched to work once I find someone other than my dogs to baby-sit him.
