I was afraid it was going to feel rushed but the days seemed to not rush by even though they were not entirely empty. I could ramble on about the details but I don't feel like typing them out. It seems enough to just run them through my brain like a batch of home movies.
Thankfully the weather on Sunday didn't suck. It allowed for a decent outlook on: Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, The Sutro Parapet, the Sutro Baths, the Legion of Honor and the Palace of Fine Art. Great views of the G.G. bridge at dusk and the city skyline at night.
Good times, good memories.
In fact, enough happiness that it far outweighs the sadness from the weekend being actually over. Still, my apartment will seem awfully empty now. At least I'll have new memories scattered about the place, like cleverly placed knickknacks, to stave off any seepage of melancholy.
