Another Opening, Another Show
Wow! So opening night or The Glass Menagerie is upon us! Hard to believe that it has been a month already......seems so much longer some times! It has been a long hard process but I think the final product is really going to be worth it. Had our Press preview last night....went O.K.......hopefully the old adage of "bad dress rehearsal = a great run" holds true for the woman playing Amanda. She is a wonderful lady but can be so hit and miss in her character some nights! Starting to drive me nuts and make me a bit nervous......everyone else in the cast is wonderful though! The CAC is a wonderful theatre to be performing in......I almost forgot what is was like to perform in a real theatre. Nothing against The Village......but come on.....oh Well...... I hope everyone can make it to see the show at some point over the next 2 weeks! It is something to see! Technically it is beautiful......and for the most part a very evenly matched ensemble cast!
